This website is operated by the store owner (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell to you.

Eligibility

By using this site you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have your parent or guardian's consent.

Products and pricing

We do our best to show products, colors and specifications accurately, but screens vary and we can't guarantee that every display is exact. Prices and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order — for example in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

Product use

Use the printer as described in the included quick-start guide. Thermal prints are sensitive to heat, light and chemicals and may fade over time; we aren't responsible for fading of printed materials. Please don't print content you don't have the right to use.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos and images — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-party links and apps

Our site and products may link to or work with third-party services, such as the printer's companion app. We aren't responsible for third-party content, services or their privacy practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products and the site are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
