Does it need ink?
Never. It prints with heat on thermal paper, so there are no cartridges or toner to buy — just paper rolls.
Does it work with my phone?
It connects over Bluetooth to a free companion app on your smartphone. The quick-start guide in the box shows you how to get the app and pair it.
What can I print?
Text, to-do lists, labels, QR codes, line drawings and photos. Prints are black & white — text and line-art look sharpest.

My prints look faint. What can I do?
Charge the printer, raise the print density in the app preview and try a fresh roll (damp paper prints pale). If it persists, gently wipe the print head with a little rubbing alcohol.
What paper does it use?
53 mm thermal paper rolls, in regular paper or sticker paper. A sample sticker roll comes in the box so you can start printing right away.
How long do prints last?
Thermal prints are sensitive to heat, direct sunlight and alcohol. Kept in a journal or album and away from the sun, they stay crisp much longer.
How long does shipping take?
